Cancellation Policy

At NORTH TORONTO RMT Clinic & Jade Wellness Clinic, we respect the time of our clients and therapists. When you book an appointment, you are reserving dedicated time with your Registered Massage Therapist.

  • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • How to Cancel: You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us via:
  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you do not provide 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Payment of Cancellation Fee: Cancellation fees are payable directly to the therapist.
  • Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you experience unforeseen circumstances.
