If you use your insurance very First time or First time of the year, please check below information with your insurance company.
Referrals from Physician or other Healthcare Practitioners: Insurance companies don’t notify you if you’re require to submit a New or Renewed Referral Note for Massage Therapy. So please check with your Insurance Company about Referral note before you come because they won’t pay you if you didn’t receive the note before the Massage Therapy Treatment.
Account Set up: Direct billing system can not find your information if you don’t set user’s account from the insurance company’s claim portal site.
Some Group insurance plans are not available for Direct claim. (ex: Student plan, Group Benefit)
